TVS Pro offers different levels of service, beyond traditional manufacturer warranties. Not only do we support standard warranties, but we also offer extended warranties with included support & labor coverage. In addition, we can also provide other services, such as proactive monitoring & remote support. Here’s a few of the services we can offer:
When hardware is no longer under warranty, when needed, replacement products will be discounted.
If hardware fails, depending on the service level (and subject to equipment capabilities), remote service support is offered. Generally, this is reactive, but we can also provide proactive monitoring so you don’t have to worry about outages!
Standard phone support is offered Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. However, extended phone support and 2 & 1 day response times, for additional support, are also available. (See document for more details).
We offer the option of providing two (2) semi-annual maintenance visits which include re-managing exposed cables, performing a documented service checklist, and providing firmware updates when necessary.
